First meeting of MOVE in Logroño, Spain

From the 15th to the 18th of November 2011, the project MOVE carried out its first meeting on the capital city of La Rioja, Logroño (Spain). This project, with the support of different partners from 6 European countries, is cofunded by the European Commission and its Lifelong Learning Programme.

As starting point of the project, the representatives of all the partner organisations met together from the 15th till the 18th of November 2011 in the facilities of the IRJ (Riojan Institute for Youth) in Logroño (La Rioja, Spain). 

During the meeting, it was agreed the role and tasks of each partner, next steps to be completed and the calendar of activities that will be follow on the 2-year life of the project. Beside these arrangements, the 9 representatives were also invited to visit the cultural center of "La Gota de Leche" and its local activities focused on employability, as it wokshop "work in Europe" (focused on the use of mobility as a way to promote employment).

The next meeting of the project will take place on March 2012 in Romania. This second activity will meet together around 60 participants from the 6 partner countries, including youth workers, job counselors, social workers and social learners, in order to work together on new tools and ideas against unemployment.
