| Workshop about benefits of participation in mobilities |
In order to provide different points of view about the topic, the project invited to take part on its activities different people with a wide range of profiles and backgrounds (youth workers, job counselors, social workers, NGO representatives, teachers, etc).
The agenda of the meeting was:
Day 1: Arrival of participants.
Day 2:
9.30: Knowing each others.
10.00: Open workshop-Counselling of young people to be involve in transnational mobilities.
10.00:Introduction in transnational mobilities
- Presentation of LLP programmes-Popescu Madalina (School Inspector)
- Presentation of Youth in Action programme (Alice Govaerts-flemish voluneer)
10.30: Presentation of future european programmes(Erasmus for all)-Soare Catalin
11.00: Coffea Break
11.30: Open-workshop: "Benefits of participation in transnational mobilities" - Mureanu Georgeta.
12.30: Open-workshop "How we can participate in transnational mobilties" - Popescu Madalina.
Active involvement of learners in order to promote ideeas for future european projects

15.00: Round table for exchange of good practices among learners. Presentation of good practices by learners.

17.00: Prepare a toolbox with learners.

Day 3:

11.00: Visit in situ:Visit of "Centrul Regional pentru formarea profesionala a adultilor".
12.30: Social visit: Visit the "Village Museum" a place for traditional handcrafts and "Cozia monastery".
14.30: Lunch.
16.00: Evaluation.
17.00: Closing of session and conclussions.
18.00-20.00: Free time.
20.00: Dinner.
Day 4: Departure of participants.
Beside the main agenda prepared for the learners that attended the project, the representatives of each partner organisation had the chance to work on the next steps of the project and materials that will be developed during the next months.

The next meeting of the project will take place in Greece from the 3rd-6th of June and will include also learners and representatives from all the countries involved on the project. The main topic of the meeting would be how to improve mobility among less opportunities groups, presentation of the toolbox and evaluation.
